Thematic Action Teams

The backbone of the Smart Community approach is “Action Teams” which develop in each town from the thematic structure. As part of a collaborative research project, we provide communities with

• Themes structure below provide a hierarchical structure to community development activities
• The Theme Hierarchy was developed by eTownz and numerous community and research partners over 8 years, the structure is regularly reviewed and updated
• The structure allows for greater empirical analysis, internal/external community structured collaboration
• Local residents and organisations build “Action teams” to drive action 
• Each Action Team creates a 12-month plan 
• There are 75 x T3 themes, a sample plan has been created for most themes containing relevant  Assets/Stakeholders/Projects/Goals/Metrics.  Click on the relevant icon below to download the sample plan.
