Town Manager

This is the top user level for a community, this user has access to all functionality for this community and add new users to the dashboard

Town Coordinator

This is a child user type, these users are added by a town admin which can control what features (tabs) that they can access.

Other Notes

  • There is a limit on how many user can be added to a community, this depends on the package and community population, if you wish to add additional users please contact eTownz
  • The Town Manager can remove and edit Town Coordinators in the “Manage Users” tab of the application
  • Both Town Managers and Town Coordinators can access the eTownz Dashboard from a desktop or can download the phone app from Apple/Android stores “eTownz Workspace”
